Sayed Fazlhaq Fayez was born in 1979 in Kapisa, Afghanistan. Driven by a lifelong passion for knowledge and community service, he pursued his early education locally before completing his secondary studies.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Education from Payam University in Kabul (2015) and later achieved his Master’s degree in Islamic Education from Salam University in Kabul (2020).
His deep academic background in heritage, ethics, and social sciences forms the philosophical foundation of FayezStore-preserving and honoring collective identity.

With over a decade of leadership in national media and public service, Mr. Fayez has been a prominent voice in Afghanistan’s cultural and intellectual landscape.
