Return & Refund Policy

At Fayez Store, we offer unique, handcrafted treasures created with passion by Afghan women artisans. Since most of our items are made-to-order or involve delicate hand-embroidery, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our artisans.

1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Special Protection)
To protect the integrity of our craftsmanship, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-Sized Attire: Outfits made to your specific measurements.
  • Intricate Embroidery: High-end pieces (like Bridal Gands) due to the hundreds of hours of manual labor involved.
  • Sale Items: Any item purchased during a promotional sale.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, we take full responsibility. Please email us at fayezstore.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for international return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected at our hub. Due to international banking nuances, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or an agreed-upon secure alternative within 7-14 business days.
